Sue Simmonds says "We went to Swingers Junction last night for the first time and thought it was set in a lovely place, however upon arriving we were pounced upon by one of the hosts for our £30 outside and then were pounced on again by the owners for the money again inside, we had of course paid the first time. Nobody neither offered to take our coats nor offered us drinks upon our arrival it was D.I.Y., nobody introduced us to anyone, and it was like walking in to a very small village pub with every one looking at you. We found a lot of people to be very cliquey and not very talkative. Not much action going on like in other clubs we have been to no atmosphere at all. The Jacuzzi was cold and by 11pm there was virtually no water in there. This has the makings of being a great venue but still needs more work and the hosts need more experience in hosting and making people feel relaxed rather than grabbing our money before we even get through the door.
